EVERBEING 探針台
晶圓探針平台是半導體元件電信量測介乎晶圓及量測儀器之間的使用工作站.因為肉眼沒辦法看到這些元件量測信號的輸入與輸出.這些元件包括晶圓(或開封後的IC),玻璃基板（LCD,OLED,Solar Cell）,印刷電路板,陶瓷電路板.探針台必須搭配基本的顯微鏡及探針座才能執行量測實驗.這樣的組合才能讓使用者將探針精準的點到元件上的目標物, 然後開始在儀器上做電信量測。
<探針台更進階的配備主要包括>
1、量測儀器的搭配根據應用,擴充性及預算的考量選擇適當廠牌及型號,軟體也可同時一起評估使量測增加便利性及自動化。
2、防震桌消除來自於地的震動干擾有助於以下目標點針如射頻mmW高速,IC內微小線路點針, LCD微小畫素點針, 很容易刺穿的有機敏感薄膜 (Sensor), 非球面微小發光體 MicroLED。
3、電磁波隔離箱/黑箱用於隔離實驗室的雜訊干擾有助於用於做低電流及低電容的量測,在高壓高流量測下加裝安全鎖定裝置可保護人員的安全,同時在黑箱內做電信量測。
四、升降溫吸盤載台可讓測量元件建立熱環境,在此溫度環境的同時進行元件的電信量測。
五、真空腔體環境建立有助於水氣清除執行超低溫的電性量測,氧氣清除執行擔心氧化破壞元件的電信量測。
六、雷射切割器可以用於清除氧化保護膜,切斷電路,修LCD畫素。
將會根據您的需求建議提供適當的標準機台,也可以將多個應用集中在一個探針台上,甚至在不適用標準機的情況下打造訂做機專門符合您的應用。
