- 評估高頻mmW探針台注意事項：
1.防震桌
來自於地的振動雜訊干擾,當探針站在電極上，防止針在電極上刮來刮去影響到彼此的接觸。信號進出頻率愈高愈是在意。客戶端經常出現的問題，這個實驗室以及整棟建築物在結構設計上就比較脆弱，很容易產生共振，當微小的震動來的時候，隨著樓層越高，震動到實驗室的現場位置被放大了更大。奕葉都會派工程師到現場量震動，機器進場前選擇適當的地點安裝！
2.探針台
穏定的台體，硬體機械架構的強度與其重心配置。其次為載台的XY、Z滑台及顯微鏡XY功能、精度、穩定性及操控性都至關重要。
3.探針座
有別於直流量測的探針座，高頻量測時探針座本身的重心配置的穩定性要高之外，控制探針的機械調整精度必需1 micron 以上，下針後滑行距離可細膩調整到不同應用及材料所需的接觸應力。頻率愈高，間距愈窄，控制探針的每一步的步進量也需愈小。頻率在90GHz以上的架設,在探針座本身的穩定及精度之外，要將探針座背另外一個倍頻器一起規劃，出現了其他的挑戰，如何將大尺寸的倍頻器收納及超小倍頻器在瞬間產生大量的熱能的消散問題，設計上是一大考驗。
4.探針
探針是元件與儀器信號之間的直接硬體介面，廠牌的選用也會影響到量測結果的可靠及重複性，要選用美製品牌，國際市場驗證35年以上，校正資料庫巨集，可提供可靠之外，較深及較廣的後續量測諮詢。
