- 1.無氧環境量測:在超低溫,常溫及高溫無氧下量測(Fuel Cell),偏電阻,DC直流及RF射頻40GHz
2.超低溫量測4K:真空無水氣,測量元件不會產生結露結冰現象.
3.超高溫量測1200C:真空無氧氣,測量元件在高溫下不會氧化.
4.光電元件低溫下光譜缺陷分析：光信號可經由光真空SMA介面接頭或上方的視窗選擇是適當波長玻璃,石英Quartz,藍寶石…等等,由真空及大氣,導進導出.
5.超導霍爾Hall Effect研究:在超低溫的真空腔體又外加一對由電產生磁場的線圈,做磁控傳輸MagnetoTransport量測
6.特定氣體感知器:用真空將腔體內環境先淨化,經由MFC送入特定氣體,做氣體與電信量測的相互關係試驗
7.壓力感知器:可建立真空（負壓）做真空計研究 及用氣體送入建立壓力(正壓)
