- MICROTEST 7713 線圈層間短路測試儀提供200V-10000V脈衝電壓輸出，藉由L/C共振產出的阻尼衰減波形分析磁性元件線圈與線圈之間或漆包線層與層之間有缺陷造成短路的不良品，此款針對Inverter-變壓器產品，支援高頻諧波/高頻雜訊分析模式，透過高頻諧方式將波形放大進行更精密的比對出高壓線圈跨槽所引起的絕緣不良現象，另外比對模式包含總面積比對、面積差比對、電暈數比對、顫抖數比對與與波形比對。
