- 羅德史瓦茲公司推出具有4 GHz帶寬的R＆S RT-ZPR40電源軌探頭，拓寬了其用於電源軌探測的示波器產品組合。針對嵌入式移動和物聯網設備，它可以在2.4 GHz ISM，3 GHz LTE和更高RF頻段中發現耦合信號。
電源質量是敏感電子電路功能和性能的關鍵因素。帶有集成RF模塊的嵌入式設計面臨著額外的風險，即RF信號耦合到敏感電子組件（如微處理器，快速存儲器組件和敏感模擬電路）的電源軌上，從而損害器件的功能。
R＆S RT-ZPR40帶有直接SMA連接或50Ω尾纖同軸電纜連接，可提供4 GHz帶寬。該探頭適用於4 GHz和6 GHz R＆S RTO2000示波器。這種組合使用戶能夠利用示波器強大的FFT功能和串行協議解碼功能。
