- R&S為電源完整性量測推出新探棒，兼具大偏移範圍和直流電表功能。
電源的品質是影響電路功能和性能的關鍵因素。直流電網路的干擾訊號可能導致電磁相容性(EMC)問題或損害電路功能，這對物聯網元件與快速數位介面，以及快速記憶體晶片和高靈敏的類比電路尤其重要。
為了評估這些元件電源的品質，R&S特別開發RT-ZPR20電源探棒，主要針對電源完整性量測，並可與R&S RTE及RTO2000示波器整合使用，高達2GHz的頻寬可確保在寬頻干擾下也能成功捕獲訊號。
在高壓電源下檢測最小干擾訊號，拜極低的固有雜訊及1:1衰減係數所賜，R&S RT-ZPR20電源探棒能夠實現高靈度量測。使用者能夠藉由R&S示波器系列所提供的多種功能如強大的頻譜分析功能，來進行詳細的電源量測和分析，甚至小干擾電壓也能夠量測。由於動態範圍為± 850mV，且獨特的直流電壓偏移範圍可達 ± 60V，R&S RT-ZPR20應用範圍是非常廣的。
整合高精度直流電表功能，R&S RT-ZPR20另一個特色是整合高精度直流電壓表，使用者能夠同時測量電源的直流分量，不論電壓偏移值為何，並將這些讀數和訊號電壓傳送到示波器上直接顯示。這允許在為高度靈敏的電子元件如CPU和FPGA等進行電源測試時同時量測直流電平及漣波，使用者一眼就可看出漣波電壓是否在嚴苛的電源公差範圍之內。
