羅德史瓦茲推出毫伏特等級電壓測試的新款示波器探棒-代理商宥億企業

羅德史瓦茲 (Rohde & Schwarz, R&S) 新推出衰減係數1:1的被動探棒R&S RT-ZP1X，其再次拓展了R&S示波器的應用範疇。R&S探棒與示波器的前端僅有極小的雜訊，兩者結合使其成為量測低至1 mV/div極小訊號的理想選擇，如積體電路和元件的電源完整性測試。
現階段許多產業對於電源測試的要求明顯增加，尤其在嵌入式設計領域，開發人員藉由整合愈來愈多的功能模組到極小空間來降低系統功耗，因此，電源完整性測試在相關應用中是至關重要的。開發人員及工程師需要測量電路中毫伏特範圍的訊號，進而研究元件的雜訊特性。為了獲得更準確的量測結果，一款具有合適靈敏度、低雜訊的探棒是不可或缺的。
新款R&S RT-ZP1X被動探棒能夠和R&S RTE系列示波器（頻寬達2 GHz）及R&S RTO1000/2000系列示波器（頻寬達4 GHz）精準配合。該探棒搭配R&S RTE系列示波器，提供了電源完整性量測應用中最佳性價比的解決方案。即使在1 MΩ 輸入阻抗的情況下，示波器的低雜訊前端亦可實現低於650 μVpp的背景雜訊 （1mV/div、頻寬200MHz）。而一般示波器僅能在50 Ω 輸入阻抗下才能達到相同等級的雜訊值。
藉由高達每秒一百萬次的波形捕獲率，使用者可快速地獲得測量結果，完成長條圖和其他訊號分析。在16位元高解析度的縮放模式下，也可針對最小的訊號細節進行分析與觸發。
R&S RTE/RTO系列示波器基於硬體FFT可實現即時頻譜分析，方便使用者查找耦合的干擾訊號。獨特的區域觸發功能可在時域和頻域中透過圖形化的設置分離出異常狀況，並找出問題點。除了RTE和RTO之外，R&S RT-ZP1X被動探棒同樣可支援 RTM和HMO系列示波器。
