羅德史瓦茲新推出的R＆S RT-ZPR40將電源軌探頭的帶寬提高到了4 GHz

羅德史瓦茲通過推出具有4 GHz帶寬的R＆S RT-ZPR40電源軌探頭，拓寬了其用於電源軌探測的示波器產品組合。針對嵌入式移動和物聯網設備，它可以在2.4 GHz ISM，3 GHz LTE和更高RF頻段中發現耦合信號。

新的R＆S RT-ZPR40和R＆S RT-ZPR20探頭都具有極低的固有噪聲和最高的靈敏度，衰減係數為1：1。憑藉其偏置功能，探頭可以在高達60 V的偏置電壓下進行測量，使其適用於各種電源軌。
集成的直流電壓表來驗證最嚴格的公差窗口。
