皇晶推出新款數位資料產生器DG3000系列產品，根據不同的通道數量區分為三款。
分別為DG3064B(48通道)、DG3096B(80通道)、DG3128B(112通道)。

具備有下列新功能特色:
採用 32Gb DDR RAM儲存波形，每通道最高可使用256Mb，大幅提升可產生之波形時間長度，通道數最高至128通道，適合IC/FPGA開發測試使用。可發送之Data Rate提升至400Mbps且可以精密至6位數涵蓋更多的頻率範圍，輸出電壓範圍可從0.8V-5V, 解析度為0.1V，並可設定為Hi-Z模式，每個通道還可以做相對調整。
DG3000採用32Gb DDR RAM儲存波形，記憶體深度每通道最高可使用256Mb，大幅提升可產生之波形時間長度。支援每通道高達400Mbps的資料速率，時脈速率達到1Hz~400MHz (精密度可達6位數)，涵蓋更廣泛的頻率範圍。此外，還可涵蓋從0.8V~5V的可調輸出電壓、解析度為0.1V，並可設定為Hi-Z模式，每通道間還可以相位調整。
透過DG3000「進行模擬時，訊號傳送後將會在待測物(DUT)發生一些回應或反饋，再由event通道接收後，傳送至資料區轉換為不同的圖形(pattern)，」包括RS232、Sync/Async-Counter、I2C、I2S、SPI、CAN等。
DG3000支援16個event通道，已能符合大多數應用需求。但是，如果用戶需要組合的邏輯訊號更複雜、觸發的條件更多樣，則可搭配功能更強大的邏輯分析儀共同使用，實現更多的邏輯組合以及功能更強大的觸發。
