益和6630阻抗分析儀，提供 5 種頻率選項（10 Hz 至3/5/10/20/30 MHz），新增等效電路功能，一般在實際元件上，常伴隨著其它會影響電氣特性的參數需要考慮。例如: 電感是由銅線所繞成，銅線上的阻抗、繞線間形成的電容。並聯在電感上的等效阻抗等…，皆會在不同的頻率造成不可預期的影響。或因製程上有些許不同造成雖同樣的原料、繞圈數也相同，卻造成不一樣的電氣特性? 一般的LCR meter可能無法快速判斷出產品特性上的差別。
益和的6630 阻抗分析儀不僅可以量測高達30MHz 的元件特性，更可以利用其産出的量測參數來計算，估計其組合後在各頻段的效果。在分析模型元件時，若沒有將上述影響一併考慮，在實際應用上可能産生無法預期的結果。等效電路分析的目的，即是對待測物上所有因頻率不同而産生不同影響的各項阻抗進行RLC模型的建立。分析方式有三元件和四元件分析。6630提供了七種(A-G)不同的多參數模型，可應用於不同類型的待測產品。例如電容器，電感器、壓電片，諧振器或傳感器等……。

使用者可以模擬阻抗曲線，取得需要的等效電路參數值，然後將其與實際值進行比對。模擬結果和實際測數據可同時顯示一個畫面中，利於測量和分析。等效電路參數值和波型亦可透過USB或電腦連線保存。
