MICROTEST CORPORARION 新推出的6632阻抗分析儀 (Impedance Analyzer)，提供 5 種頻率選項10 Hz 至3/5/10/20/30 MHz。符合客戶不同採購預算。
6632阻抗分析儀在阻抗範圍和寬頻率範圍進行精確測量(電感、電容和電阻)，是高精度高頻元件分析儀，除了新增旋轉按鈕方便客戶做設定，並具有許多的功能:
1. 等效電路分析功能: 這允許對各種等效電路模型進行建模和曲線模擬。一共有七種類型的三元件和四元件模型。 儀器將計算測量曲線的最近等效電路參數並修改結果。 或者，可以輸入組件參數，儀器將繪製頻率特性。
2. 圖形掃瞄: 可以同時選擇兩項組參數依頻率高低快速將量測值以圖形方式顯示於螢幕，提供客戶做詳細的元件量測參數的特性。
3. 多步列表測試自動編程: 可設定多種測試規格條件，編輯次序步驟，測量測結果會依次顯示在畫面上並判斷良品或不良。
4. 四組基本參數同時顯示在同一個畫面:改良傳統機器只顯示一個或兩個參數。
5. 輸出阻抗: 可以照量測應用提供25Ω/100Ω。
6. BIN分類功能: 除了原有良品、不良品的上下限判定，還可將產品做篩選分類，亦可從儀器後端HANDLER I/O介面搭配自動做自動分類。
